The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Associate/Team Leader to head-up the Corporate Commercial team in Essex, advising on high-value, strategically important nationwide and international projects within a supportive working environment.

You will join a dynamic team of professionals, highly ranked by the Legal 500 in Essex, during an exciting period of growth and expansion.

You can expect a varied caseload including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, disposals, joint ventures, incentives and liabilities, shareholder agreements and general commercial contracts.

Requirements:

  • You should be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with 6+ years of PQE
  • You should be confident and capable of managing your own busy caseload of matters
  • You should be an ambitious person with aspirations to grow with the business
  • As a senior figure in the team, previous experience of supervising junior fee earners is essential
