Job Details
Our client is a leading global PE investment firm with an excellent reputation in the market and is currently looking to hire a private funds lawyers to join their highly regarded legal team in London.
The successful candidate will be working in a collaborative team and with close proximity to the business on fund structuring and overseeing the full lifecycle of funds - from formation to closings. In addition, you will also be advising on ad hoc legal projects ranging from regulatory matters to governance related projects. This role offers breadth in scope of work and is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to move in-house to an established PE fund during an exciting phase of growth where they can work autonomously and turn to senior lawyers who can provide support where needed.
Skills required:
- Lawyer with 2-6* years' post qualification experience gained in an established funds team in a top tier private practice firm or leading financial institution.
- Experience with PE fund structures is desirable and fund formation experience is required.
