A vacancy has arisen for a junior/mid level commercial litigator to join this leading firm’s impressive litigation practice group.  The successful candidate will enjoy a truly varied caseload of interesting and predominantly complex cross border actions. These may include matters relating to general banking litigation, asset freezing and tracing, international insolvency and debt recovery, trust and probate, professional negligence, commercial and trade disputes, shareholders and directors disputes etc
