COMMERCIAL LITIGATION (6 - 10 PQE) (BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS) (US$170K - US$210K) (8% TAX)

An excellent opportunity for a 6 - 10 PQE commercial litigation lawyer, whether solicitor or barrister, to join the BVI office of this tier 1 ranked global offshore firm. You will need to be admitted in the UK or Eastern Caribbean and have gained high quality of experience of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters at a highly-regarded regional, national, international or offshore firm. Areas of work in which you can expect to be involved include insolvency, banking and finance disputes, civil fraud, asset-tracing, company law disputes, contractual disputes, professional negligence and trusts disputes. You will also have the opportunity to participate in business development, conferences, seminars and internal training.
