A top national firm is looking to hire a Principal Associate into their highly regarded employment practice, based in the Cambridge office.

The team takes on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters, from employee relations and benefits to restrictive covenant disputes and high-profile claims. The principal associate will work with the other teams across the UK, helping to build out the already successful practice whilst developing close relationships with many of the firm's leading clients. There is an unobstructed progression track for the right individual and the firm maintains one of the strongest reputations, both in the region and the country.

The firm is accepting applications from senior lawyers with seven years' post-qualification experience in employment from a recognised city or regional practice. A strong academic background is required.
