BANKING PARTNER/HEAD OF TEAM – First Step Partner, No Following Required

This dynamic city practice has a reputation as a leader in the mid-market with an exciting client list, which includes many household names, with a focus on innovation and predominantly in the technology sector.

Building on the success of their corporate and commercial teams the firm is keen to further develop their finance offering and are looking for an individual with the right skill set and experience to do that. Work will include; banking and debt restructuring transactions, corporate lending transactions, including leveraged buy-outs, and general commercial lending.

The ideal candidate will have experience of leading teams, a track record of winning work and developing clients relationships and a have a commercial and dynamic approach to work.
