INCENTIVES – FIRST STEP PARTNER - UNIQUE, HIGH-END CITY PRACTICE

This mid-sized City practice occupies a unique and exciting area of the market. Clients range from large corporates through to investors, entrepreneurs and scaling businesses, many of which have a focus on innovation.

As part of their strategic growth plan senior leaders are keen to recruit an incentives specialist into a first step partner role. Work will include; incentives aspects of M&A deals, share and asset sales and mergers as well as standalone advisory work - designing, advising and implementing incentive arrangements for companies at all stages of their life cycle.

The role would suit an ambitious, senior incentives lawyer who is motivated and excited by the opportunity to be part of the development and growth of a new practice. Someone who is able to demonstrate a strong track record of building and developing client relationships. A following is not required.

You will have the opportunity to work with clients at the very cutting edge of the fast moving technology sector with leading names in the corporate world.
