Our client is seeking a seasoned Construction Associate to join their team on a 6-month contract. This role offers the unique opportunity to work with a leading renewable energy project, providing an unparalleled platform for professional growth and development. The successful candidate will be well-versed in all aspects of construction contracts, including JCT and NEC. This role is primarily remote, with infrequent travel to Glasgow required.

What you'll do:

As a Construction Associate, your primary responsibility will be providing expert legal advice on all matters related to construction contracts. Your knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts will be crucial in ensuring the success of a major renewable energy project. You'll work closely with a dedicated team, travelling to Glasgow once per month for essential meetings. Staying up-to-date with changes in construction law and liaising with stakeholders will also form key parts of your role.

  • Proven experience as a Construction Lawyer or similar role
