A well known Midlands based business is looking for a Commercial Lawyer to join their team on an interim basis for 12 months.

Reporting into the Head of Legal, you will work in a small team of in-house Lawyers and draft and review a variety of supplier and customer contracts.

Applications are invited from Commercial Lawyers with significant experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a variety of commercial agreements including supplier contracts and T&Cs. You will be able to work autonomously and be confident in hitting the ground running with an interim assignment.

It is likely the successful individual will have more than 2 years PQE, but all applications will be considered.

The business is based in East Midlands and requires 2-3 days per week in the office.

 

This is a full time, 5 days per week role, but those seeking part time (and not less than 4 days per week) will be considered.

The HQ is commuteable from Leicester, Northampton, Milton Keynes, Cambridge, Coventry and Birmingham.
