Job Details

We are instructed by a leading disputes practice in Bermuda to identify exceptional litigators with 3-5 years' post-qualification experience. Ideal candidates will possess admission to practice in England & Wales, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand, and demonstrate academic excellence alongside a strong career track record.

Due to the team's current workload, a dedicated mid-level lawyer has the opportunity to join and take ownership of complex files, working closely with the group head. The role encompasses a diverse range of matters, including commercial litigation, restructuring, insolvency litigation, funds litigation, and regulatory issues, with a focus on multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes spanning Bermuda, London, the US, Europe, and Asia.
