This leading offshore law firm has an excellent new opportunity for an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join their market leading mainstream Corporate practice on Jersey. Their position as a top tier provider is reflected in the quality and number of the deals they advise on, ranging from offshore aspects of global M&A and private equity deals, to large-scale international Corporate Real Estate transactions, and standalone deals focusing particularly on the offshore financial services sector.
