Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Associate or Senior Associate - national opportunity
  
Healthcare Litigation / Clinical Negligence – If you are a qualified lawyer with Healthcare litigation experience and you are looking for a clinical negligence solicitor job, then we may be able to assist.
The UK clinical negligence team of this leading defendant practice is looking to hire an Associate or Senior Associate to strengthen the department. The firm is prepared to consider 100% remote working depending on the candidate and offer them the complete flexibility to work from anywhere in England.
  
Overview

• Job title: Associate or Senior Associate
• Location: Fully remote – from any location in England and Wales
• Salary: £Excellent – ‘top tier’ rate
• Reports to: Head of Department
• Previous Experience: The hiring managers are keen to attract a broad range of PQE. Claimant or defendant clinical negligence experience is welcome. There is also the possibility of a retrain from other areas such as EL/PL.

Clinical negligence solicitors with a blend of experience
  
The Partners are willing to consider candidates with a broad range of experience. You may be at the start of your career and therefore handling a caseload of more straightforward matters such as ‘Never Event’ cases or other undisputed claims. Equally, you may have experience of late diagnosis or misdiagnosis cases or even high-value claims such as obstetrics including complex birth injury cases or still births or other trauma suffered during childbirth. Whatever your experience, we would like to hear from you.
  
Claimant or defendant experience welcome
  
Ideally you will have solid defendant healthcare litigation experience, though claimant clinical negligence experience will be considered.
  
Other aspects of the role

• Remote working dependent on PQE with full support of a national team
• Outstanding quality of clinical negligence work on offer including birth injury cases – including serious cases involving cerebral palsy as well as misdiagnosis and late diagnosis and surgical malpractice
• The opportunity to go on client secondments
