CORPORATE (1 - 4 PQE) (BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS) (US$120K - US$150K) (8% TAX)

We have been instructed by the BVI office of this global offshore firm to search for an ambitious high calibre junior to mid-level corporate lawyer with between 1 - 4 years' PQE for its highly regarded BVI corporate practice. The work will involve a focus on M&A, joint ventures and equity capital markets, as well as exposure to other transactional areas of practice including banking, regulatory, virtual assets and investment funds. In addition, there will be an opportunity to gain exposure to business development. You will need to be admitted in the UK or Eastern Caribbean and have gained your experience at a leading regional, national, international or offshore firm as well as demonstrate a keen desire to work in the Caribbean.
