We have been retained by an insurer to lead the search for an Claims Manager to take responsibility for a portfolio of warranty and indemnity insurance ("W&I") claims across the EMEA. You will be qualified attorney with experience in managing W&I claims or have a M&A/corporate litigation form within private practice.
