Funds Counsel / Partner - Cayman Islands

We are working closely with a leading independent law firm in the Cayman Islands that seeks a seasoned and highly motivated Counsel to Partner-level corporate lawyer with a substantial reputation/following in the investment funds space to join its growing team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years' post-qualification experience with a demonstrably successful track record in handling all aspects of investment funds and asset management matters.
• Expertise in structuring, formation, regulation, and winding down across the full spectrum of fund and asset management vehicles.
• A history of advising on complex, high-value investment funds and corporate/commercial matters, ideally with cross-border experience.
• A strong network within the Cayman Islands investment funds community and a proven ability to generate new business through active marketing and relationship building.
• Excellent written, interpersonal, and public speaking abilities to confidently present to clients and colleagues.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a demanding environment with tight deadlines.
• A self-starter with a passion for the investment funds industry and a desire to make a significant contribution.
