** CAYMAN ISLANDS – COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ASSOCIATE – 3-6 YEARS’ PQE**

Our client is a major global offshore law firm and its Tier 1 Global Dispute Resolution Practice is very well regarded.  Due to an ongoing pipeline of work, it is seeking to hire a high calibre senior common law qualified litigator with a strong background in commercial litigation into its collegiate Cayman Island based team. 

Much of the work undertaken by the Cayman Dispute Resolution Team is complex, high value and multi-jurisdictional in nature and includes shareholder disputes, insolvency, banking and finance disputes, fraud, asset-tracing, professional negligence, investment fund and trusts disputes. Clients include multinational corporations, investment and private equity funds, insolvency practitioners, and domestic and international financial institutions.  

Suitable applicants for this role will be as follows:

  • Qualified as a lawyer in England & Wales, Australia, New Zealand or Canada;
  • From 3-6 years PQE from a well regarded law firm (or barristers' chambers) in a major common law city such as London, Sydney, Auckland, etc;
  • Confident and adaptable, able to work on a range of cases.

In addition to a highly stimulating caseload within a supportive team structure, a competitive tax-free salary of up to USD$220,000 per annum, plus bonus, premium benefits including pension contribution and full relocation costs will be provided.
