Superb new role for a corporate senior associate ideally between 5-7 years PQE who can run transactions confidently and lead on a variety of corporate deals with a focus on complex M&A transactions.

The new recruit will supervise and mentor junior team members and work mostly across private M&A transactions with some exposure to private equity and venture capital matters.   

Ideally you will have received excellent legal training and experience at a leading mid – market London or regional law firm and be looking for a new challenge.   With only one more senior associate in the team the path for progression to partnership is clear.
