The Role
This is a unique opportunity to join an award-winning Planning & Environmental team in Chelmsford. The planning team has a strong national presence and international reach, offering a wide range of high-quality work. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert planning advice
- Handling Section 106 agreements
- Advising landowners, developers, and local authorities
- Negotiating high-value contracts
You'll work closely with a senior team member, managing a varied caseload across sectors such as environmental and retail.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with 0-5 years of PQE
- Experience in a Real Estate/Planning-focused training contract seat or qualification in Planning
- Ambition to work within a leading Top 100 law firm
