Join a prominent regional law firm with several offices across Essex and East Anglia, now housing over 200 legal professionals who pride themselves on building long-lasting relationships with their clients and employees, delivering legal services ranked highly by The Legal 500 and Chambers publications across the region.
Due to organic growth, we seek a Property Litigation Solicitor to join the firm's growing Dispute Resolution team in the firm's flourishing Essex offices - several offices to choose from, depending on your location.
The role will see you working closely with a team of seasoned litigators headed up by a highly regarded Partner.
This position offers an ambitious and dynamic Solicitor exciting career prospects and exposure to a varied caseload of matters, including but not limited to commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, adverse possession issues, boundary disputes, and restrictive covenants.
Requirements:
- This role would suit an NQ-3 PQE Solicitor who is proactive and eager to contribute to the growth and success of the Litigation team.
- The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with contentious matters and a strong desire to specialise in property litigation work.
- You will be a self-driven and proactive individual with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- You are able to work accurately, managing deadlines and targets effectively.
