The pensions disputes team, at this growing City firm, is one of the top ranked practices in the area. The highly experienced team is well structured offering their team members excellent support and on the job training. The team works closely with the advisory pensions team and, other teams across the firm including; private client, regulatory and commercial litigation - providing a balanced approach to work and your experience.

The role is open to NQs through to mid level associates. Work on offer is varied and challenging, the team has acted in many of the leading cases in the pensions and private wealth industries before the highest courts. Clients range from pension scheme trustees to sponsoring employers to high net worth individuals and entrepreneurs.

Suitable candidates will have a good amount of contentious experience, ideally in a pensions context, gained at a firm known for their disputes work and be able to demonstrate a willingness to take on a variety cases.
