Job Details
This firm, one of the world's leading law firms, has a top tier banking practice. The London office has an opening for a senior associate to join the leveraged and acquisition financing team. Ideal candidates will be at least 5 pqe (although more junior candidates with relevant experience will also be considered) and have experience from another international law firm.
The role will involve advising both lenders and borrowers (including financial sponsors) on the financing of domestic and cross-border acquisitions in the mid-market, including private equity sponsored management buy-outs, corporate acquisitions and refinancings and recapitalisations.
The team is well-resourced at the junior level and this is an ideal role for someone looking to make an impact at the mid-senior level, leading transactions and running client relationships.
