Legal Counsel - Investment

Founded in 2001 our Legal Practice forms part of the Hydrogen Group a global specialist recruiter with over 300 specialist consultants across the globe.

We have 40 consultants in our Legal Practice who specialise in placing lawyers in the Middle East, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, Ireland, Caribbean, Channel Islands, US and in the UK. We have expertise in placing lawyers in house and in private practice on a permanent basis.

Our Hydrogen in-house offering is continuing to grow in the Middle East and we are currently seeking seasoned lawyers with a minimum of 6 years experience in investments for a number of our in house clients in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of investment fund formation, regulatory compliance and complex financial transactions. This candidate will demonstrate with ability to operate across varied asset classes.

Candidate should possess outstanding analytical skills, attention to detail, and an ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
