Dispute Resolution Associates (3-5 PQE) - Jersey

We're partnering with a top-tier offshore law firm to recruit an experienced Associate for their growing Dispute Resolution team in Jersey. The successful candidate will handle a diverse range of complex cases, including fraud and asset tracing, restructuring, insolvency, trusts, financial regulation, banking, and anti-money laundering.

Candidate Profile:

• 3-5 years PQE in litigation from a rated onshore/offshore law firm
• Excellent academics and technical skills
• Proven track record of building relationships and delivering results
• Desire to join a dynamic team and contribute to future success of practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients on complex commercial disputes, litigation, restructuring, and insolvency
• Support senior fee earners in delivering high-quality legal advice and client service
• Manage financial responsibilities, including time recording, billing, and debt management
• Contribute to fee estimates, quotations, and client updates
• Stay up to date with market developments and new legislation
