Join a Leading Offshore Law Firm in the Cayman Islands
We are seeking an experienced associate to join a prestigious law firm's litigation practice in the Cayman Islands. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on complex cross-border disputes and collaborate with a dynamic team of lawyers.
Requirements:
- At least three years' post-qualification experience in dispute resolution and litigation
- Admission in Cayman or qualifying Commonwealth jurisdiction (solicitors / barristers)
- Superior academics and top-quality training
- Excellent research, analytical, and advocacy skills ideal
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Work on a range of complex cross-border commercial litigation to include including insolvency & restructuring, company & shareholder disputes, trust litigation, fraud and asset tracing matters.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to build and grow the disputes resolution practice
- Advise clients on complex legal issues, providing expert guidance and support
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
