Join a Leading Offshore Firm in Bermuda: Regulatory Lawyer Opportunity

We are excited to present an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious regulatory lawyer to join a world-renowned offshore firm in their Bermuda office.

The successful applicant will advise financial institutions, including banks, insurance companies, investment funds, digital asset businesses, fiduciaries, and securities investment firms, on regulatory matters. You will work closely with major onshore law firms and global financial institutions, providing expert advice on:

• Existing and new regulations impacting Bermuda and clients, including domestic and international measures

• Key regulatory updates and client alerts

• Compliance with relevant regulations, licensing requirements, marketing restrictions, and reporting requirements

• Regulatory enforcement matters, such as investigations, enquiries, settlement agreements, and enforcement actions

Responsibilities:

• Provide technically sound advice and highly responsive service to clients

• Assist in developing and expanding client relationships

• Adhere to the firm's values and professional ethics

• Participate in the development of the practice's know-how and share knowledge

• Occasionally participate in conferences, seminars, and internal training

Candidate Profile:

• 4+ years post-qualified experience in a regulatory team at a top-tier international firm

• Admitted in a qualifying Commonwealth jurisdiction

• Strong academic background and stable career history

• Robust, meticulous, and articulate with excellent client-facing skills
