We are working with a leading international practice seeking to recruit a talented lawyer with expertise in complex tax investigations and disputes. The team, led by a renowned expert in the field, specialises in high-stakes disputes and investigations, advising corporates, multinationals, and high net-worth individuals on complex tax and finance related matters. The practice encompasses a broad range of expertise, including:

• Tax and debt structuring disputes
• Taxation of partnerships, private equity, funds, and asset managers
• Cross-border taxation, financing, and regulatory issues
• Art disputes involving taxation

Requirements

• England & Wales qualified
• Ideally 2-3 years of experience in tax disputes gained with a Tier 1 or 2 Tax practice or pre-eminent tax chambers
• Strong academic background and professional experience in international taxation law
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
