• The Role: As a DCM solicitor, you will be at the forefront of innovative financial transactions, advising on the full spectrum of debt securities, including bonds, notes, and Islamic finance instruments. You will work closely with partners and clients, handling complex cross-border transactions, and ensuring that your legal advice is both commercially astute and compliant with the latest regulations.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on DCM transactions, including drafting and negotiating documentation.
  • Work on a wide range of debt instruments, including sukuk, convertible bonds, and high-yield offerings.
  • Collaborate with other practice areas and international offices on multi-jurisdictional deals.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.

  What We're Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of PQE with strong experience in DCM from a reputable law firm.
  • A solid understanding of capital markets
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with an international client base.
  • A commitment to relocating or already being based in Dubai.
