Think Legal are pleased to be working alongside a regional Yorkshire law firm on a particularly rare and unique non-fee earning opportunity for an experienced private practice lawyer as a learning and development coach.

If you are a lawyer (qualified or not) who excels at IT/Tech, processes, training and best practice, learning solutions, and have an interest in developing careers of other lawyers then this might be the perfect opportunity for you.

This is a newly created role and is pretty much a blank canvas for the right lawyer who wants to move completely away from fee earning into a new and exciting direction.

There is bags of genuine flexibility in the role too. This can be a full-time or part-time (min 21 hours) role and the firm are very open to working patterns. 10am start? No problem. Only want to work term time - they are more than happy to discuss!

The right person does not need to be qualified but must have worked within a private practice setting and have a strong understanding of the workings of a law firm. You must have a genuine interest in learning and development and have experience in supervising and coaching staff with the ability to communicate with people at all levels.

The nature of the role means you are likely to be needed at several of the firms office locations in the Yorkshire region from time to time.

Salary is based on experience but as a rough guide is likely to be somewhere between £40k-£55k for the right candidate although the firm are open minded for the person.
