Litigation (3-5 PQE) – Bermuda

We are seeking a skilled and accomplished litigation attorney to join a dynamic and reputable dispute resolution practice in Bermuda. With 3-5 years' post-qualification experience and admission to practice in a recognised Commonwealth jurisdiction, you will have a solid foundation in managing complex litigation matters. The ideal candidate will possess experience in managing multiple matters, exercising both discretion and a commercial approach, while working effectively under pressure.

The successful applicant will work independently and collaboratively with senior colleagues, providing support and expertise on a range of commercial matters to include debt recovery and enforcement, contentious estates, landlord and tenant, matrimonial/family, and banking enforcement. Excellent advocacy skills, legal research, and opinion writing are essential, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills. Business development experience is advantageous.
