Our highly regarded Banking & Financial Services division is looking for a Senior Associate with 7+ years’ relevant experience (inclusive of training contract).  Joining this busy four-partner Auckland Banking practice, you will be responsible for a challenging and interesting mix of top-end lender and borrower work. You will develop your skills and progress your career in a top law firm with an excellent client base, including all of New Zealand’s major banks as well as blue-chip corporates, local and offshore sponsors.  This is a high performing team that is recognised as the leader in the industry.  

In particular, we’re looking for:

strong technical skills and banking experience from a top law firm or financial institution; a commercial mindset and approach; team players, adept at building relationships both internally and externally; and people with leadership skills who enjoy mentoring junior members of staff as well as participating in business development activities.
