About the Team

Led by five partners, each with their own area of specialty, the group provides strategic guidance and solves complex issues related to clients' commercial interests, legal position, and reputation. On joining you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of complex and high-profile matters, including corporate regulatory investigations, white collar crime, insolvency, and commercial disputes. This may involve advising on regulatory investigations and enforcement actions, defending clients in class actions, navigating insolvency litigation and reconstruction, and handling commercial contractual disputes. You will also have the chance to work on matters involving banking and insurance litigation, managed investment schemes, financial services, and competition and consumer law, making this a unique and challenging role for a talented litigation lawyer.

Applicant Profile

We seek a talented lawyer with a deep understanding of commercial litigation disputes, complemented by an excellent academic record. The successful candidate will possess exceptional skills in analysis, research, communication, and drafting, with the ability to distil complex issues and work autonomously when required. A collaborative mindset is essential, with the capacity to build strong relationships with colleagues and foster trust with clients.
