Multi-Track Defendant RTA Lawyer

Your new company
Our client is a well-regarded insurance law firm with offices nationwide. They are currently recruiting RTA lawyers to handle a caseload of multi-track files typically valued between £25,000 - £100,000. This role is based out of their Liverpool office and offers great hybrid working opportunities.

Your new role
This Multi-Track RTA Lawyer position will see you handle your own predominant litigated caseload of defendant RTA files valued between £25,000 - £100,000 on behalf of a number of insurer clients. Claims may include both personal injury and credit hire. You will be expected to assess and advise on liability and quantum whilst developing relationships with key clients. Successful applicants will draft pleadings to include defences and witness evidence.

What you'll need to succeed
You should be a qualified solicitor/CILEx with previous experience handling your own litigated caseload of RTA claims valued in excess of £25,000 and ideally up to at least £100,000. Applicants from both claimant and defendant backgrounds will be considered. You will require good advocacy skills along with excellent interpersonal and client-care skills.
