Highly tiered Legal 500 firm, offering a Construction Solicitor (3+) a unique opportunity to work alongside leading Partner and Solicitors in thriving construction department.

In this role you will be working on Non-Contentious Construction matters.

This highly ranked Legal 500 is looking to expand. This firm has one of the best-known names for quality Real Estate work and punches well above their weight; their work quality is on par with top City firms.

Many of the lawyers are ranked in Chambers, they deal with transactions at a Magic Circle level and have over 200 years of expertise. The firm attracts many Lawyers from Magic and Silver circle firms looking for a high quality of work but wanting to work in more of a relaxed environment and perhaps have a better work-life balance.

They have recently attracted two new teams from top City firms; this acquisition has significantly increased workload.

This firm invest heavily into the work force and want to provide individuals with a springboard to Partnership in a short period of time.

The Role

The firm is seeking to recruit a Construction Solicitor (3+) for their City of London based office.

You will join a team of highly experienced and commercially minded Lawyers that deal with a broad client base to boast of. Due to an influx of new work, they are seeking a new Associate to join the team.

You will work closely with industry leading Partners, who can add value to your progression and help you fine tune your skill set. You will find that there is real variety to the work, making for a much more interesting role.

The caseload will include private finance initiative, procurement, commercial contracts and project management. The team typically act for Developers, Banks and Property Funds. You will focus mainly on non-contentious construction matters, making for an interesting role.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Construction Solicitor (3+)
  • You will have a keen interest in non-contentious construction
  • You will be based in the City of London
  • You should be ambitious and wanting to progress
  • Remuneration is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent bonus structure and benefits package.
