The Corporate Department is celebrated for its high-calibre work and is recognised as one of the top teams in the region. With a reputation for handling complex and high-value transactions, providing personalised and pragmatic advice to clients both locally and nationally.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join a leading and supportive team in the heart of Suffolk.
Key Responsibilities:
The role will provide exposure to a wide range of commercial and corporate transactional work:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Corporate restructurings
- Investment agreements
- Share option schemes and related corporate matters
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Business development, including networking and presenting skills
- Conduct meetings with clients both in-person and virtually.
Requirements:
- Experience assisting senior associates and partners as well as managing your own caseload.
- Ability to deliver high-quality, commercial legal advice to a diverse client base.
- Proficiency in handling a mixed caseload.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Competence in financial management related to cases.
- Ability to assess legal issues, conduct research, and provide comprehensive advice.
- Draft legal documents and advisory letters.
