The Role:
Outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Planning Solicitor/Associate NQ-5 years PQE with the drive and ambition to be part of a leading practice in Southampton.
This well-known Planning team is a go-to for clients including national and regional house builders, commercial developers, government bodies, planning authorities, private sector companies and land owners.
The work on offer is diverse and challenging, covering everything from straightforward to highly complex planning issues. You'll be involved in: planning applications and agreements; enforcement; appeals; CPOs; Section 106 agreements; consortium developments; highways and infrastructure agreements; joint venture agreement; Local Authority issues; Rights of Way; Rights to Light; town and village green and Judicial reviews.

The ideal candidate:
- Planning Solicitor/Associate NQ-5 years PQE
