This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced corporate lawyer to join this full service firm, which has a market leading reputation for TMT firm.

We are delighted to be instructed by the firm to work on this senior corporate vacancy. The firm have an excellent reputation within the tech sector, working closely with tech and media start-ups on high profile and cutting edge transactions.

The Corporate practice is fast growing and handles a broad range of work, including private and public M&A, PE and VC and ECM matters, predominantly, although not exclusively across TMT and Cleantech sectors. As such this individual can expect to benefit from a broad spread of interesting work.

The successful candidate is likely to have experience in one or more of the core transactional areas, gained from a recognised firm. Experienced lawyers with a specialism in one of these areas,are also encouraged to apply, with the option of either maintaining a narrow focus, or moving to gain a broader diet of work.
