Probate Case Manager is required to join an in-house organisation on a permanent or fixed term contract basis. This is an exciting time to join this company as its experiencing a period of growth and bringing the legal work in-house.

The Probate Case Manager will;

• Have the opportunity to assist with developing and leading change on their probate operations as they bring the probate processes in-house
• Undertake your own caseload of probate matters and have the ability to navigate routine and complex estates
• Have the ability to manage client relationships being the point of contact throughout the probate process and ensuring regular updates to maintain the customer service
• Undertake probate administration as required including maintaining case files, making calls, post handlings, and managing correspondence.

The Probate Case Manager must have strong experience within probate matters and a good understanding of probate processes. This is a great opportunity for those looking to develop a career in-house and be able to make a difference and help the shape the business as they go through this period of change.
