Senior Associate - Insolvency and Dispute Resolution (5yrs+ PQE) - Jersey

We are seeking to connect with talented lawyers who are looking for a new challenge. Our client, a leading offshore law firm, is expanding its market-leading Insolvency and Dispute Resolution team in Jersey and needs ambitious and technically strong lawyers to join its ranks.

Hiring Criteria:

• Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 5 years' qualification experience in insolvency and/or commercial litigation and/or trust litigation
• Excellent academics and legal skills
• Solid technical knowledge and understanding of relevant markets and clients' industries
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Jersey or other offshore jurisdiction experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on contentious financial services related matters, including trust, funds, corporate, and multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes
• Work directly with clients and leading law firms in onshore jurisdictions
• Provide technically sound advice and highly responsive service to clients
• Support senior colleagues and contribute to business development activities
