Role and Responsibilities:
As a Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion. Your duties will include:

* Handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties
* Conducting title checks and searches
* Preparing and reviewing contracts and other legal documents
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
* Providing exceptional client service and maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements:

* Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing
* Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* A proactive and client-focused approach
