The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years' experience to join this esteemed firm. In this role, you will manage a varied caseload from start to finish, offering an excellent chance to advance your career with a firm that truly values its employees.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing a broad caseload of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and lease extensions.
* Effectively liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties to ensure smooth transaction processes.
* Conducting thorough due diligence, including property searches and contract reviews, and handling the exchange and completion process.
* Providing clients with clear, concise legal advice, ensuring their interests are always prioritized.
* Keeping meticulous and up-to-date records of all transactions and communications.

What We're Looking For:

* A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Residential Conveyancer.
* Comprehensive understanding of the conveyancing process and property law.
* Excellent communication and client care skills.
* Ability to efficiently manage a busy caseload.
* Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
* Proficiency with conveyancing software and the Microsoft Office suite.
