Three roles available within a highly regarded Commercial and Corporate Finance team 

Solicitors (possible Associate/Senior Associate level) – Corporate – various locations in Essex with hybrid working

Client
A full-service, modern thinking Legal 500 firm a record of investing time and resource into helping people develop their own particular niche specialisms.

Role

• You will join a high-regarded multidisciplinary team, dealing with matters including share and sale purchases, management buy outs, demergers, and shareholder agreements
• Deliver high-quality advice as well as drafting and negotiations
• You will take an active role in marketing and business development 
• The potential to be an Associate/Senior Associate position, depending upon the experience of the successful candidate.

You

• 1-7 PQE with experience in Corporate and Commercial law
• Experience in handling a busy caseload, whilst delivering succinct advice and excellent client care 
• A desire to play a key role in the future development of the firm and the team.
