Your new role

This commercial solicitor role will see you handle a broad diet of commercial work. This will include distribution and agency agreements, general terms and conditions for goods and services and competition law matters, franchise agreements, professional agreements, data protection and IP matters. The client list is extensive and spans a number of sectors. You can expect to enjoy working within a close-knit team to handle an interesting range of work.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a commercial lawyer at NQ level or with up to circa 4 years' pqe. You will have a solid grounding in commercial law and be adept at building and maintaining client relationships.
