Commercial /Tech Lawyer - Int'l Firm - London (2PQE+)

This international law firm is looking to recruit a bright 2-5PQE lawyer to help grow the firm's IP/IT tech transactions capability in London and internationally.

Work will include advising on complex technology and outsourcing deals for clients internationally, including advising on contracts for commercial services and supplies, consulting, direct and indirect reseller, introducer, referral and distribution arrangements, outsourcing, technology (including fintech), end-to-end software services, cloud hosting, software licensing and end-user licensing, collaboration and teaming, website terms, and commercial intellectual property.

The successful candidate will have relevant experience gained from a reputable firm and will be confident in building and maintaining client relationships.

This team works as part of an outgoing friendly group of lawyers, who enjoy the business, entrepreneurial side of the law, as well as the technical aspects. Associates can expect to work with autonomy, whilst being given the training and support to do their job well. The firm offers competitive salaries and have reasonable hours expectations.
