In-house Lawyer - Major Project - Saudi Arabia

Our client is now seeking to hire transactional Lawyers across various levels. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a range of commercial agreements, providing legal advice on corporate, project, finance, commercial, and other transactions, and managing a high-volume workload efficiently.

These roles will directly report to the CLO, and provide a great opportunity for career progression. Candidates should ideally have a minimum of 6 years of legal experience working for leading international law firms. Expertise in port, shipping, supply chain and logistical legal matters would be essential. The successful candidates will likely be qualified in England & Wales (or another commonwealth jurisdiction, such as Australia or New Zealand).

This role is based in Saudi Arabia, and candidates will receive an excellent tax-free package, relocation package and ex-pat benefits, as well as generous holiday/remote working allowances.

Remuneration: USD 180,000 to 300,000 tax free + ex-pat benefits & bonus.
