NQ+ Solicitor Agriculture & Estates

Client 

A full service, top 100 UK, forward thinking law firm, with ambitious growth plans

Role

• Drafting, negotiating, and agreeing documentation for property sales and purchases, and property related documents
• Manage your own smaller transactions and liaise with other team members on larger transactions
• Attending client meetings and business development events 

You 

• A driven NQ-3 Solicitor with a passion for rural matters and an interest in agricultural law
• Able to demonstrate strong attention to detail in order to produce work of a high standard and the ability to ensure that client deadlines are met with consistent and regular communication
• Prior experience of agricultural law is not essential but you must be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in becoming a specialist within this area 
• Candidates with good quality experience of either Private Client or Property who have a desire to specialise in Agriculture and Estates would be highly suited.
