Corporate Associate (3yrs PQE+) - Cayman Islands

We are seeking an ambitious and personable corporate associate to join a prestigious offshore law firm in Cayman. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience and a strong transactional background developed within a recognised international onshore/offshore law firm.

Key requirements:

• Superior academic credentials and top-quality training
• Minimum of 3 years' PQE in a recognised Commonwealth jurisdiction
• Experience in transactional matters, with a focus on corporate, funds, or banking and finance
• Strong technical skills and a desire to deliver high-quality service to clients
