This is a unique opportunity for a Debt Capital Markets lawyer to join a US law firms Capital Markets team. The team rarely hire in the market and the DCM work you will advise is high quality and broad. The work is very international where you will advise issuers, underwriters, and trustees on a wide range of European and APAC focused capital markets transactions. This work includes bank regulatory capital trades, liability management transactions, bilateral funding, vanilla CPs, debt restructurings, hybrid capital markets instruments.
The team is lean so you will get a lot of responsibility and work on a range of capital markets transactions.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least a seat in Debt Capital Markets
- England and Wales qualified, or Common Law qualified
- Trained at a Private Practice Law Firm
- Good academics
