Senior Tax Lawyer, Leeds FT/PT

My client is seeking an experienced Tax Lawyer (SA, LD, Partner) to spearhead tax for the region, within a wider national team

Operating at the highest level for a wide range of clients, tax advice includes both day to day advice on appropriate structures, government schemes etc, all underpinned by a thorough understanding of a client's business as well as specific transactional support. Transactional support includes advising on M&A and private equity activity, IPOs, corporate and partnerships structures and property taxation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior lawyer keen to progress their career within a most entrepreneurial and forward-thinking practice boasting a highly enviable client base of largely UK based organisations. For an existing partner, there is the opportunity to bring on board existing client relationships and to add to those, an additional range of corporates and household name organisations.
