No2 to Partner, Real Estate (Social Housing)

Excellent opportunity for senior real estate lawyer at 6+ PQE to senior (ideally with experience in social housing) to join the Leeds team as number 2 to the partner head of team, at a firm which continues to attract key talent from the Top 6 and offers a fun and entrepreneurial environment.

Working as part of a multi-site overall team, you will work with high profile clients in the sector on acquisition & development, portfolio sales & disposals, estate set up & management, disposals (often complex) and securitisation. You will lead on transactions from start to finish.

This role will be particularly attractive for someone who is also interested in people management, as supervising and managing others is a key part of the role.
