This international firm has an entrepreneurial London office. Continuing to expand, a new opportunity has arisen for an experienced (3PQE+) Private Equity Funds lawyer to join their highly regarded and well established practice.
Associates can expect to enjoy high levels of responsibility, gaining exposure to high value and often complex PE fund structuring and formation matters.

You will work as part of a small close knit team and will be given the autonomy and platform to help build and grow a specialist practice.

This role would suit an experienced Funds lawyer who is looking to move away from a large team environment, in to a role where they will feel part of the business and will contributing towards the firm's wider success, whilst also building a strong reputation for themselves.
